There are different reflections for each day Monday – Saturday and are sourced from the Psalms, the writings of saints and contemporary prayers.

These prayers can be used at any Mothers’ Union meeting or service of worship this month, not just those that happen to meet at mid-day. The information includes the list of those Diocese that this month are at the centre of the prayers of Mothers’ Union members around the world.

The work of Mothers’ Union is surrounded and underpinned by prayer. Members, where-ever they are in the world, and what-ever they are doing, stop at or near mid-day to pray.

Each month to facilitate these prayers, the Faith and Policy Unit at Mothers’ Union head office produce a series of prayers to be used during the month, usually based on a particular theme.

Please feel free to use these as part of your own daily prayers (individual or corporate), whether or not you are a Mothers’ Union member.
